Scoping Meetings
USACE invites all affected federal, state, and local agencies, affected federally recognized Indian Tribes, other interested parties, and the general public to participate in the process.
The two scoping meetings were identical in content and held in Shreveport, Louisiana and Texarkana, Texas. The following agenda was planned for the meetings.
- 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. Poster Session
- 5:00 - 7:30 p.m. Presentation and Public Comment Session
During the public comment portion, individuals had the opportunity to provide verbal comments up to three minutes. Attendees indicated their intent to speak at the sign-in table during the meeting.
